We had some old termite damage that some contractors had done a horrible job of "repairing" before we bought our house. A few years later when the floor started sagging we called a few contractors to give us some bids. John was great in explaining everything that needed to be done and how he would go about fixing it. When speaking to him you can just tell you are going to get good quality work from him and his crew, and after we saw what the last crew did we wanted it done right. And it was! And on time! My husband and I needed to renovate a bathroom but were worried about the project because we were scarred from how long a recent kitchen renovation took. Jonathan promised that hed be on site daily to ensure our bathroom renovation went smoothly and on time. Not only was he on site daily with his crew but he was always in communication with us making sure we were happy with progress. I also found Jonathan to be a great thought partner when it came to design and decor decisions. He allowed me to bounce ideas and questions off him regularly and things turned out great. We hired Jonathan and the Pardise team to renovate our primary bathroom knowing we had a tight timeline. Not only did they deliver a finished product on time, they surpassed our expectations.
