Today right before 4pm I waited 15 minutes to be served. I know what its like to be busy so it wasn't an issue. One associate went to the back to finish packing so I waited. The second a white male walks in the door the associate comes out from the back and offers assistance. When I spoke up to say I had been waiting, he turns to me and says, "I thought I asked you if you needed help." Then I replied, no, you asked the other Asians. I can't believe this is still happening in Montgomery County. I don't want to be canceled because it cost me months of time and a lot of money to change my address. But this was bungled, really bungled.

The staff are so welcoming and willing to help with anything. They helped me with custom printing of my wedding invitations and envelopes (brought my own paper and design). I love going here!
