I placed an order that was going to take an hour to get. After an hour I received a text that the food would be arriving in like 3 minutes. After another 20-25 minutes I call the phone number. The customer service told me the driver would be here in another 15 minutes with no explanation. The manager was also unfriendly and full of excuses and not apologetic. He did say hed give me a refund but I havent seen it come through yet. And then after almost 2 hours I had no dinner.

I have ordered from Waiter on the Way many times for the past several years, and I never had any notable problems or issues. The website is easy to use, the staff and drivers are very friendly, and I think their delivery charge is fair considering the time it saves me driving back-and-forth to a restaurant plus gas. My food arrives sealed and secure, which really matters.

I used Waiter on the Way (WOTW) for over 5 years!! It made my work easier and saved the organization money. Food arrived warm/hot.
For any business watching their budget use WOTW! Streamline your food ordering and billing with their corporate account. They offer corporate accounts and will mail you invoices. This service streamlined the accounting process and saved us money. As a tax-exempt organization, taxes were removed. We earned points towards other food orders.
Their knowledgeable staff can help you choose food too! I was asked to order food for the Board of Directors, not an easy task. WOTW has great restaurants and the WOTW staff helped me find healthy & delicious meal options. I relied on them for monthly meeting food selections - up to 7 monthly meetings! The WOTW online platform allowed you to see past orders. This helps so much when you order food regularly so that you can repeat orders or change up selections. Order online or call in an food delivery request.
The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the food they suggest. They are adding new restaurants all the time.
While there are many food delivery options, Waiter on the Way is a local small business that provides a great and reliable service. The staff is great! The restaurants are varied cuisines. Pricing is competitive and offers a rewards program.
