Excellent customer service. Before I placed my order I asked if the item could be shipped out same day (we had an assembly bench down that needed this item to get it running again). They weren't able to commit, which is understandable given the last minute request, but they ended up shipping that day anyway! Our bench was up and running the next morning. The price was also excellent.

You don't see customer service like this very often anymore. Joe's customer service skills are top notch. I've had to make emergency purchases on two different occasions and Joe was able to get my new equipment out for next day delivery. Georgia to Colorado and my business didn't skip a beat. I'm a customer for life. Highly recommend.
