One of the Top 5 Worst Shopping Experience Ever,
Spent well over a thousand dollars on a what was supposed to be a new chain, Instead was sold a used piece of garbage..!! The owner swore up and down that it was new, When I returned home and put on my glasses the chain was in worst shape then our economy!!! This vendor is nothing but a snake and is a cancerous growth in the Town of Gainesville...!!! So Beware of this piece of filth!!!

I have been buying from with International Gold and Diamond Exchange and John M. since 19991 and I have never bought from another Rolex Jeweler in Gainesville. All My wifes Rolex watches, diamond rings and gold necklaces. I have also had John design a few custom gator pieces of jewelry for me and I have never found a professional jeweler with the care and attention to detail that John provides. I highly recommend you see John before spendoing much more money at a mall store buying lower grade overpriced gold. I own 3 pre-owned rolex watches that have worked flawlessly since I bought them 5 years ago.

I have to agree with EUH3033. I've gone there twice in the past two days. The first time, I went at 4 yesterday, Wednesday. The sign said, "Closed - We will return at 11:00pm." Obviously a jewelry store isn't open at 11pm (if I'm wrong, I'll get rid of this rating). So today I had a little time at 11:45. Same sign was still there. The most annoying part is there is no business hours sign to be seen. I tried to call the number at 12:30. I got the voicemail, which also didn't state business hours. I give up. It may be a good store when it's actually open, but leaving potential customers to guess when that will be is a joke.
