Disgraceful police dept! they dont do anything lazy, rude, uneducated people! Never seen such poor policing

My bike got stolen, and I found the culprit. Even though I dint have the serial I had plenty of evidence. I filed a report, and went to talk to them. They said without the serial it was impossible, and to wait 48 hours for the report to process. Its been over 4 days, and I still have no bike, and the report hasn't been processed. The culprit is still running around free, stealing even more bikes.
