Dr. Patel is nice. However, the staff is sometimes not very kind to me. The woman raised her voice to me a few times about making an appointment. They can also be manipulative in regards to "padding the bill."
Even Dr. Patel was once rude to me. If someone can see with their prescribed glasses, there is no need to get new glasses. Furthermore, if someone can see the lowest line on the eye chart with their prescribed glasses, there is no need for an eye exam. It is all just about money here period!!!

POOR customer service. Told 2 weeks to repair 6 month old glasses. Now approaching 4 weeks. Can't get manager to call me with status report??? I'll just keep calling them

Dr. Patel is wonderful, but if you need your glasses in a hurry order them from somewhere else.  It has been over three weeks since I ordered my glasses and they are unable to tell me when they will be delivered.  I am afraid I am going to have to cancel the order and go somewhere else.

Before we found Dr. Patel my daughter always had headaches, eye pain, and complaints with new glasses. This always required us going to be refitted rechecked and often reordering a new lense on one or both sides. Who wants to deal with this every time?  My daughter never has issues now and they are perfect the first time. The prices are fair and the selection is great. If you have a JC Penny rewards membership the points from your eyewear purchase can be applied to school clothes, new shoes etc. The savings are great. This is an excellent doctor for children. Her communication style is calming and patient.
