My husband just started Dialysis at this center, we are so happy to have this facility .The staff is so well trained and efficient . Each department proves their dedication technician, dietitian,social, worker, Nurse practitioner and Most important Nephrolgist. It is very important for patient and family member to have great team . Thanks and keep up the great work

I was just made aware for some odd reason I gave DaVita a one-star review which is impossible and a mistake I just want to let it to be known that I drive from Corona to Fullerton everyday for dialysis. The reason for this is I started here 6 years ago I made a bond with a lot of the text and my nephrologist I gave it a shot in Corona for about 5 months but did not receive the same care as I did here at this DaVita they're always on top of everything make sure that you're taking care of and always right there if a problem occurs so if you're looking to have your family member or yourself well taken care of this dialysis center is the place for you. I don't know how the one star review was given but it was definitely a mistake. They are definitely getting a five-star review from me this is where I want to be and feel very comfortable with my surroundings!!

Untrained staff always in to much of hurry
lack of communication
Lack of accountability
Lots of excuses
Dr R is ok with patients but as the MEDICAL DIRECTOR and working with DaVita management and their soso support staff at this facility he has FAILED! He has failed to make this facility a safe and tolerable environment. If you have a choice of where to go look elsewhere.

Dialysis isn't something I'd wish on anyone. However, if you have a choice, I wouldn't consider this facility for treatment. Not BC of the clinical staff or the medical/dialysis team but the admin/front office incompetence. Lost paperwork, misinterpretation of medical records, no follow up from regional or local office staff.  I visited this facility several times to ensure this is the place where my father in law would be taken care of , however, after the front staff showed me how ill prepared they were with my fathers medical records, I could NOT trust them with his care.  I really hope this experience was isolated.We had to pay cash ($480/day) for everyday so we had a choice.  If you do to, I would try another Davita facility or another clinic.
