I went in for what would normally be a simple, cut and dry transaction. First, Id like to say its a beautiful showroom and was impeccable. What I really enjoyed though, was that Richard, the manager, was just real friendly , a lot of fun to talk to and a wealth of knowledge. Its one of those stores that folks like me are driven to become regular customers just because of the comfort level. In short, I would highly recommend Frisco Gold and Silver Exchange to anyone seeking a friendly staff, transparency and a great shopping experience.
