This location poses a safety risk for children. Whenever we bring our kids here, they are either subjected to bullying or physical harm from other children, and the staff appears to be absent or disinterested in maintaining a secure environment. Today, my nephew had an altercation with another child, but the staff member was not present to witness what happened. Subsequently, the manager arrived and requested us to leave. They claimed that the other child was also asked to leave, but when we asked to review the incident and apologize if our child had done something wrong, they refused to show us. We have a monthly membership but rarely use it. Today, since it's spring break, we decided to come, but the experience was unpleasant.
We asked to cancel our membership, but they instructed us to contact corporate.
