I walk out of each 30 minute session feeling amazing. Melanie tailors each workout for my needs and motivates me without acting like a drill sergeant. She also has me doing different exercises each time to strengthen every part of every muscle. In 6 weeks (6 sessions), I'm seeing much better results than when I worked out at the gym. In fact, I cancelled my gym membership today so I can put my money towards what works. Also, the studio is always super clean and smells like paradise
