We worked with Norm at this location and had an execellent experience! Norm was patient in answering all of our questions and in going through all of the floor options we found to our liking; he came out to our location, did the measurements, and gave us a very reasonable estimate and did so in a extremely timely manner.
The installation crew, Daniel and Rudperto, were superb in their craftmanship, respecftulness, and efficiency. They removed our old carpet and tile cleanly and put in our new flooring while having kept everything very neat and clean.
Thanks to all at this business who made our project into a pleasant experience!

December 05, 2023: I have my Engineered Hard Wood floors from Frisco, TX location close to 10 years ago and got an excellent service crew to install them many years ago. We were completely satisfied with the installation and there is no question about it. Unfortunately, as years are passing by, I see discoloration at the joints everywhere. I recently reached them, and Kevin was so courteous to arrange inspection of the floors for warranty claim. After couple of weeks of waiting, we received a call from Kevin and told us that the manufacturer had rejected our claim as it was site related issue. We have a small Labradoodle, very well maintained and trained. He never had any accidents in the house except at potty training days and we had carpet at that point of time. Also, we never had water leakages in the house. We always used, cleaning liquid BONA for cleaning once in couple of months. The floors look ugly especially at an angle. I am not sure what to do now and such a waste of a very large investment on these floors. We had BELLA CERA Genova. Please BE AWARE!!!!
December 06, 2023: After posting the above review, I got a call from Nadine Floors that the BELLA CERA manufacturer is ordering an independent contractor for inspecting the floors. I will update the review once I get the outcome.
January 08, 2023: I got the report again and this time as well, the report is blaming the damage due to my dog in the house. So, what I understood is that if you have a pet at your house, do not get these floors. Initially I was so happy with the service and the product and referred to other friends and family and few of them got these floors. I am now regretting, and I hope whoever got these floors do not come back to me and blame for the referral in the future.

We had flooring done by Nadine about 12 years ago and were very impressed with the results. Unfortunately our experience this time was not so great.
First the good stuff. The sales person was a gentleman and he tried everything to get our business. He is an expert and explained everything to us in great detail. We were loaned floor samples without any charge. He did not seem to mind any silly question that we asked and provided his expert opinion whenever needed. He even guided us in picking up the correct color. People like him don't exist in this industry anymore.
We were provided an estimate in which it was mentioned that bags of filler, if more than certain number, will be charged. We were still thinking about it since we wanted to avoid the uncertain situation where we did not know the final amount. We received a text from Nadine with a definite $ quote stating that Nadine would complete the work for that amount.
Our credit card was charged half of the amount before the start of the work. When it was completed we asked them to charge the remaining half. This is when the trouble started. Our credit card was charged more than the agreed upon quote. The reason given was that the filler was more than 3 bags which was not mentioned in the text on the basis of which we decided to get the work done by Nadine. The charge per bag was much more than what you can buy from Homedepot.
We exchanged few messages with Nadine and they simply refused to adjust it. I don't know why a reputable company is using such shady business practices. Their dealing and workmanship is great and we were so happy with the outcome till we were charged extra for something that is not an industry wide practice.
I hope that Nadine management reads and addresses this issue with any new customers. We did not go to any other vendor due to our prior good experience with Nadine. Now we will shop around due to this very avoidable issue.
