Brad and team have more than earned my trust. Brad provided me counsel on switching to another provider to save money. Brad and his team get it done. They of course save me money. I check with other brokers occasionally, and Brad always has had the winning quotes.
As much as I love saving money, I really appreciate the throughness when it comes to writing my policies.

Brad is fantastic! He saved me a significant annual amount. I never would have tried an independent agent until a close friend suggested Grimes Insurance Group. First time I have felt an insurance agent was truly working on my behalf. Very pleasant person to speak to as well. Zero sales tactics or attempts to up-sell. He did cordially educate me on a blindspot I had on my plan that was a large liability for me. Very thankful for that.

Brad was extremely thorough and was always available to field my (many) questions for our homeowner insurance. Best of all, saved us some money on bundling with auto (with better coverage!) and a very competitive rate on our homeowners insurance. Would highly recommend!
