John doesn't read any of the emails I sent about canceling my policy. He still had me on schedule for an automatic withdrawal. Also, I tried to call about canceling and not withdrawing payment, but no one answered. Just bad communication all around.

I've had my auto and homeowner's insurance with Pavle Allstate for almost two years and have been very pleased. I shopped prices really hard after being screwed by Liberty Mutual, and they were extremely competitive. John and his team have been very responsive whenever I had questions, and they helped me reduce my homeowner's premium significantly after getting a new roof. I haven't had to file any claims yet, so that will be the real test. ;-) Given my experience thus far, I would not hesitate to recommend John Pavle to anyone needing auto or homeowner's insurance.
