This office is the least organized, and least professional, medical office that I have ever been to. After waiting over 2 months for an appointment for an EEG test, they cancelled my appointment 20 minutes before the start time when I had already taken time off work, and spent 45 minutes traveling to the office. Additionally, the office staff refused to let me speak to a manager about the situation. Do the smart thing and take your business elsewhere!

I am so frustrated I am in tears! I have been seeing Dr. Garza for years for my MS and getting an infusion therapy treatment 2x a year (Ocrevus) to help manage the disease. Office staff has failed to return calls or fill requests that the infusion facility has been making since 1/4/24, so proper authorization for insurance won't get filed and I obv won't be able to get my scheduled treatment tomorrow - my care will have to be on hold until I can get through the referral/authorization process with a new provider. Great customer care, Center for Neurology!! (not!)

This company has owed me money since May And will not refund my credit card or send me a check. My insurance company has reached out at least 4 or more time they still will not refund me. I went to ther office today instead of speaking with me the office manager call the police.
