I came in today to get my daughter her first phone. Lindsey created us and was patient as we recorded the moments. I got two lines with the deal and my daughter new phone. She was helpful and informed and pleasant to talk to. I really enjoyed my service and highly recommend coming here.

Could not cancel the phone service on the tablet. I have to call to cancel. The phone and tablet are separate companies. Some how.

Last evening I had to visit the Frisco store because of cellphone issues. VAs I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the associate who introduced herself as Lindsey. For the next 2 hours her attitude remained personable and empathetic topped off with genuine joy and sweetness.
On a Friday, after a week of technological glitches, Lindsey hit a home run with my daughter and I as we both left the store truly satisfied and happy.
If I ever have a need to return, I shall ask for Lindsey.
