We had a great experience working with Dallas Custom Closets. From start to finish, consultation, design and installation was done smoothly. Jon provided good suggestions during our design process for our requirements. The closets turned out great! I highly recommend them

The designer was truly horrible. Missed Appointments, Changed Appointments, Repeatedly Rescheduled Appointments. Was not Prepared for the Appointments She did Make, Made Promises She Could Not Deliver. Promised an Install Date of 6 Weeks, when it was going to be 3 Months. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever came across.

This company has provided excellent service and demonstrated extensive experience! Design- Christine, the designer is very professional and attentive to details. Installation- Marcos is very responsible, friendly and works very cleanly. Administration- Very accessible, open to satisfying every need and very effective in delivery times. Highly recommended!!

The person who came out to design our closet did an amazing job listening to what our needs were. It went downhill from there, we had to wait 2 months for an appointment. When they finally came to complete the closet, the builders did not have all of the supplies(not their fault, whoever ordered messed up), so I had to make another appointment which was going to be another 3 weeks, after I made a stink they magically came up with an appointment the following week. When they arrived the second time originally scheduled for 10:30a, they arrived at 5:30p they still were missing parts. So we had to reschedule a 3rd time. They came back the 3rd time? Yet again parts missing, but he ran to the shop to get those parts. We requested a lock on the drawer but that was not installed. I just said forget the lock I was not going to reschedule again.
They did a great job on designing and building, but if you are looking for it done quickly ( 2 months or less), they are not the company for you.
