I have great insurance. Children have been seen there before. Daughter hurt her ankle on 1/16/19. Was seen there.
We received bill because it wasn’t covered. Insurance told me the Doc, Anne Ngobia, was no longer covered under BCBS Federal ad of 12/1/18. Even though the facility is in network...it’s how they bill. The insurance was even nice enough to say that I could see if they would bill under the facility.
I call back to the clinic and was asked to call another “location” that handles billing. The lady at the other location basically says they bill under the doctor but it would be “under review”, but that they wouldn’t call me, I’d have to call them back after 30 days. She also told me that it’s my responsibility to check the doctor, not the facility. So I asked do I need to call up to the urgent care and ask for a list of docs and validate all of them...when we’d already been seen previously? I realize now, since urgent cares are a revolving door for staff.

Other than 1 concern I've mentioned below, I like this place. My son had a minor accident that needed a few stitches. We were very happy with the way this urgent care took care of him. Dr. Nichita is very nice with the kids and made him totally at ease as she made sure he understood what was going to happen to him, what steps she would be taking etc. Nurse Amanda was also very good. My son after getting 4 stitches said, "well, this was way easier than I thought"!
The one thing that bothers me is the new patient registration amount - they billed $300+ to insurance. The actual procedure performed is a separate charge and that's alright. But being an Urgent Care clinic, they really should reduce the new patient registration to a nominal amount.

Worst service ever. They see patients out of order. I waited over 45 minutes to be seen and the doctor was nowhere in sight so I left. First visit my son was diagnosed with pneumonia and a ruptured ear drum and when we took him to the ER because the meds weren’t working he didn’t have either of those. He has RSV which medical city tested for by said was negative. They also took inadequate throat swabs which made the results come back negative when my son had strep. We have been misdiagnosed by them TWICE. The nurse was very scary bc my son was crying and didn’t use a tongue depressor for the swan so she swabbed his mouth not throat. I’d never trust these doctors with a stuffed animal no less my damn kid.

Great experience! Called and lady who answered was super nice and answered all my questions. Her name is Alysah, she asked me to book online. The office called me to confirm my appt and was able to see me within 15mins. I got lost because I am new to the area. When I called to let them know, she answered promptly and helped me to find her office. I can feel that she cares. They called my son within 10mins and nurse practitioner Brandi was very nice and kind. She listened and asked questions and told us how long the tests will take. She kept us up to date on strep and flu test results. Lastly, Dr Levin came within 15mins and she was professional, kind and gave us all the information. Love this office and thank you for making us feel welcomed and taking good care of us! This was our first visit and will come again! Also the hours of operation are great! 12-9 m-f and 9-8 Saturday.
