      image My husband and i are new homeowners! We are in our second year of ownership and both years our homeowners insurance went up. I was frustrated at the fact that every known agency was not taking new business in our area due to the risk.       image Always had a good experience working with Kelly. But lately, the current manager and the rest are rude, and dismissive.
      After they overcharged my account and stated they would refund 5-7 business days later...I called after 2 1/2 weeks weeks and I spoke to Brandy who was extremely rude.
      Still don't have my refund.
      I then called the 1800 number and was informed my refund is now taking 3 1/2weeks. No explanation!!
      I wonder if I was 3 weeks late to pay my policy would they be that tolerating?
      If you are going with All-State I highly recommend a different agency that will treat you respectfully not like they are doing you a favor to take your money!. Haidari is NOT it.
