image A very nice complex. Green, beautiful, always clean territory. It's like a piece of forest and nature outside your windowVery quite place. The pool works normally, there is no such thing as it being permanently closed, sometimes work is being done, but that is normal. All the staff always work and cope with their tasks perfectly. Andrea is a professional in her field, she is the best.
I really don't understand why such a low ratingeverything is very good and safe here

image I went on a tour of these apartments and met Andrea the leasing consultant. She was so kind and professional. We toured an apartment and it was very pretty. The grounds are well maintained, I cant wait to move in. It appeared to be a quite and well kept community.

image Honestly the place and staff is great! We looked at other places prior to here and this just felt comfy cozy and the rent is reasonable. The complex is almost always clean, maintenance is also prompt. Our AC went out twice last summer and Mr. Carlos was out the same day both times. Our front office ladies Stephanie and Lexus really make things run smoothly and genuinely take what you say into consideration whether it is a complaint about valet trash being missed one night (always gets fixed the following night), a maintenance request (AC going out being fixed the same day. Mr. Carlos is tbh great), or general questions about whats going on. Our washer went out and they replaced it with a new one when we moved into our bigger unit too! Weve been here almost 3 years now and have had two different units because we upgraded in size for perspective.

image Do not rent from this property if you are disabled! I highly suggest you do not even consider renting from this property if youre disabled, and may require some reasonable adjustments made in your apartment. I lived on this property from 2017 until 2023. Originally when I rented I was in a one bedroom apartment and became wheelchair bound. They made modifications to my doorway to enter the bathroom to accommodate my wheelchair. When I moved out of that bedroom, I was not charged for the replacement of the doors.
everything was great. In 2019 I moved to a two bed Apartment and the same modifications were done in that apartment and one cabinet was removed in the bathroom so I could turn around with my wheelchair. I moved out in October 2023 and when I received my final bill they are charging me to replace the doors they had removed, even though I had saved them. they threw away the cabinet that they removed out of my apartment and are now charging me almost $1000 to replace one cabinet. they did rectify the charge for the doors, but not for the cabinet. I have made several phone calls to the apartment manager and have yet to get a phone call back. The only way anything gets done around the complex is if its brought to maintenance attention. Maintenance is absolutely amazing in this complex they completely deserve a raise for everything they do, office staff not so much, they have no idea whats going on in the property because unless theyre passing out eviction or late rent, nobody is ever out on property. for two years I had requested for a tree branch to be trimmed that went over my bedroom, and it had not ever been done even after my request during windstorm and or just regular storms you could hear it hitting off the roof. Finally this past year the entire tree was cut down because it was diseased. The community is very quiet and I enjoyed living there because of the community and because of the maintenance.
If you choose to still go look at this property, make sure you look at the entire property the front looks great. The rest of the property does not! the gates never work properly. They do not fix them in a timely manner. There are potholes everywhere many areas with no grass just mud, flooded sidewalks, clogged gutters and list goes on!! But if youre looking to move somewhere with amazing maintenance, Carlos, is your guy!

In your review, it was mentioned that the charges for the cabinet replacement were not rectified. However, we did rectify these charges as a courtesy. Your concerns regarding the property's overall condition have been duly noted. We are continuously working on beautifying our property to enhance the living experience for all residents.
