I recently reached out to BIG - BROCK Insurance in hopes of obtaining a quote for my insurance needs. Unfortunately, my experience thus far has been disappointing, to say the least.
After submitting all the necessary information for a quote, I patiently waited for a response. However, several weeks went by with no reply from BIG - BROCK Insurance Company. Concerned about the delay, I took the initiative to reach out to them multiple times over the course of the last four days.
Each time I contacted them, I was met with excuses that only added to my frustration. One excuse I received was that they had encountered computer issues, which delayed the processing of my quote. While I understand that technical difficulties can arise, it's concerning that for the last four days, issues would persist without resolution.
Despite my repeated requests, I have yet to receive the quote I initially inquired about. It's disheartening to see a lack of follow-through and communication from BIG-Brock Insurance, especially when it comes to something as important as insurance coverage.
As a customer, I value efficiency, reliability, and transparency when dealing with insurance providers. Unfortunately, they have fallen short in delivering on these expectations. The prolonged delay and lack of communication regarding my quote have left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about their level of service.
In conclusion, I would caution others considering Big-Brock Insurance Company to be wary of potential delays and communication issues. While I cannot speak to their actual insurance products or coverage, my experience with their customer service has been less than satisfactory.

have had issues renewing commercial insurance on time in recent years.
This year was two weeks early--great surprise and great effort by Jessica

Ashley and Brenda were phenomenal. We had not been pleased with other brokers so we gave BIG a chance after reading some reviews. They did not disappoint. They were efficient, and knowledgeable. We were able to secure Auto and Home insurance quickly and without any headaches.
