We contacted Platinum Plumbing to figure out why our faucets were very slow. Nick showed up at the appointed time with his son, and not only fixed every single one of our faucets, but also gave us a quote on the next project, and more importantly, educated us on our home. I had no idea where the water main valve was for our house, and turns out, that's a pretty nifty thing to know as a home owner. He also showed us how to read the new fangled water meter that the city installed a while back.
A few weeks later, he came back with an assistant, drilled out a hole in our granite slab, installed a new instant water boiler, and and replaced a builder's grade kitchen faucet with a professional one with touch capability. The work was done on time, quickly, accurately, definitely to our satisfaction, and the price ended up being below quoted price. Hard to argue with that!
Nick and his crew are a pleasure to have in the house, and while we're hoping we won't have to call him for any emergencies, we do know who we'll be contacting for all of our plumbing needs, and who we'll be recommending to our friends! We have used Nick on two occasions, one to clear a clogged drain line on the second floor and another for a dishwasher installation. Both times, Nick was responsive and professional and did great work and kept everything clean. Definitely recommend. Service: Drain cleaning
