I dont understand why there are so many negative reviews for this store. I found the store clean and well stocked and pharmacy staff to be really nice, friendly, and helpful.

Most of the time this Walgreens is stocked well regarding over the counter medicine. Cashier's are helpful & nice. Usually some of the people working the floors ask, "are you finding everything ok?" I purchased a IQ puzzle. Pictures show the 3 puzzles (2 pieces each) and the directions. Had to Google to figure it out. So I guess the IQ test was in figuring out the directions. The puzzles are simply just separating the pieces and putting them back together. Not even worth the couple of $$.

Since the pandemic, some people quickly become rude and unreasonable which cause them to yell at the poor employees. I dont see that people would/can treat the doctor office or insurance company the way they treat retail employees. Being short staffed is the major problem in all industry now, plus it is not easy to train a pharmacy/health care worker. The healthcare system is really complicated. Why would you harassing those poor employees who SHOWED UP to work ? They overwork and understaffed trying to give out Covid vaccine, testing. They worked during lockdown too while many people were so scared shopping for grocery.
Do you walk into Pizza Hut and expect them to have a pizza you didnt call in ready? No. Do you show up to Pizza Hut 15 minutes before they close and expect them to make you a pizza? No. When you go to Pizza Hut and they say itll be a 20 minute wait for a table, do you yell? Scream? Call the team rude names?? No. You take the little buzzer thing and wait until your table is ready. When you order a pizza in one area of town, do you expect it to be ready at the other location across town? No.
Its bad the billing system, healthcare system, your insurance deductible or corporate themselves not the employees. We should stop harassing the employees not only at Walgreens but also at other retail chain . They follow policies, they are not the owners.

Ive called twice to have my prescription for maintenance meds transferred due to prescription plan requirements. The first time I spoke to a tech and the second time to the pharmacist. I had to call back each time as I never got a text that my prescription was ready. Each time I called, I was told they had no record of my calling to request the transfer. Had to contact another Walgreens to take care of my transfer as this location is not concerned with doing their main job...being a pharmacy.
