They said that they were in network. I even had them verify again when I went into the appointment. They said they were. I said that I needed to establish care with a new physician, which is covered 100% by my insurance. They came up with diagnosis after diagnosis and sent referrals (none of which I went to) so they could charge for a sick visit that isnt covered 100% by my insurance. Then they wouldnt even give me my lab results without an appointment, which is against the California law that says that all results must be given to patients on request without delay or cost. Making another appointment to get results is a delay and a cost. With insurance the appointment ended up being almost $600. The billing department refused to work with me at all with the total even though it was their fault.

Unfortunately my 18 year old daughter died here in April ot this year, but I do appreciate all the help from the doctor & staff that did all & everything possible in trying to save her life. It was the day that her wings were ready when our hearts weren't and she will be forever missed.

They staff bully the externs and make them do all the work for them
