Manger Maribel provided the best 110% customer service to help me with the billing sent to me that was I was charged and I had no account to be billed for. Was at this store on 2/10/24. Around noon.
The worst customer service I have ever witnessed in 50 years of business. My wife was greeted as she walked into store. After that straight down hill. No one would give their name.
Salesman begin to question ever statement my wife made. it quickly eroded into a shouting match staff made no effort to resolve or deescalate. We were forceably told to leave when I tried to arbitrate the situation.
As a manager/ owner you have failed. We've all seen the footage of this type of situation erode into serious financial ruin and life threatening events.
I would strongly caution anyone from entering this store your well being is in extreme danger.
I would recommend a complete restaffing as they are rogue and not providing a service to the community or your business.
