(Very Bad Roach infestation )
PROS :
Apartment complex looks very nice photos & exterior. I Had the tour /walk through of the unit. Very nice. Fresh paint , new countertops & cabinets in kitchen & bathroom, New stove, Dishwasher, New Toilet, Cute little Patio.
(No Privacy) but its nice.
CONS :
The infestation of Roaches, its unbearable! Ive never seen anything like it. Total disappointment! The remodeling and new appliances are nice additions . But the Roach Infestation is a very serious problem. And should be # 1 Priority .

I gave 5 stars because employees there where nice but you can tell they take there job seriously which is very good and Pamela Wilson was a great help I went in for a interview for a apartment and she explained everything perfectly,she was awesome!The apartments were very beautiful quite from the outside I havent seen inside just yet and I talked to some residents and they were all very kind as well good vibes all around right when I drove in the complex in my opinion.

Property and management gets worse every year. Company that owns the property is equally as unresponsive as on site management is. Onsite manager isn't even around or available for contact 90% of the time.
