Over 3 months the side of 4926 e Balch Ave Fresno ca 93727 No PGE knowing some family's are disabled and have to travel from another complex to get things which not cool over 9 units displaced do to management waiting on a part to complete repairs which unfortunate these tenants deserved a new unit in working condition not on the other side of town do to management drop the ball and another thing parking is an issues and people here management do not go into walking the property and asking there tenants if everything okay there stuck just in the office and lets people do what they want this management at this complex needs to be retrained or turn over with new property management willing to train a right staff for a big complex like this one.
