A serious amateur photographer, I can only say good things about Horn Photo - a business I've used for years! Their customer service is the gold standard for customer service. Their developing of film (yes I still use medium format film on occasion), scanned images and digital printing is top notch as well. Plus they have a great selection of photographic supplies and are knowledgeable with each brand or camera. You can't go wrong using Horn Photo!

Took my order when item showed as available. Told 2 days later that someone sold the item out from under me. Then took 4 more days and more calls to get my money refunded.
I have seen your response below - Not able to respond, so adding my comments here. I agree that a credit card refund can take time, but the confirmation of YOUR refund (and being told on the phone that the missing refund is a communications issue on your side) should not take 4 days and multiple calls.
Also, while this is in high demand, if your site showed available (per screen shots I have) and my purchase is confirmed, someone else should NOT subsequently sell the item.
