Prospective buyer here. I called Fresno Acura sales department twice and the phone kept ringing. Fortunately, I called Family Motors Acura in Bakersfield and the phone was answered promptly. Tomorrow I'll be driving down to Bakersfield to purchase a vehicle.

The first time I have ever truly loved buying a car! My husband's commuter car was having major issues. We know it was a horrible time to purchase a car. Used cars were almost as much as used cars. We knew a few people who always had Acuras and loved them, so we decided to check them out. There were no sales games, they were attentive but not pushy at all. We found out that a new Integra was only a few thousand more than a Civic. It didn't make sense, the Integra is a much nicer car. When we looked into it, Fresno Acura wasn't marking up their cars like other dealerships because they didn't want to do that to their customers. Fresno Acura had better prices than other Acura dealerships. I didn't believe it at first, but they do care about their customers. They have called more than once just to make sure we are happy with our Acura. It is trulyy the best customer service I have ever encountered buying a car! And my husband LOVEs his Integra.
