Worst first experience. I know covid situation and if you visit any leasing office they have all different ways to communicate, give some information to new prospects (future residents) but I think that's not apply to maroa Park, la lady in office got upset because we knock the door and in a rude way she just moved her hands shaking and yelling like she was scaring away trying to said they was closed (that's an interpretation because she did it from her desk).
I had good expectations about that property but not anymore and just because that first impression. Don't forget we pay they salary...

I have lived in the Maroa Park Apartments for over six years. In my lifetime I have had the occasion to live in several apartment complexes. None better than Maroa Park Unfortunately my health has deteriorated to the point that I can no longer live independently and must relocate. In leaving no words can adequately express my gratitude and thanks for the positive experience I have enjoyed. All my neighbors have been courteous, friendly and assisted me on occasion. Lupe and Brigitte have been gracious and empathetic in making my stay such a wonderful experience They maintain the grounds in pristine condition. The maintenance and repairs are timely, complete a performed by trained and qualified personnel. Thank you Lupe, Brigitte and the entire staff for making the past 6 years an enjoyable place to live.

My wife and I lived here for 5 years. Great location & wonderful experience. We were completely satisfied throughout the years from maintenance and repair to management. Lupe & Brigitte were very attentive to detail and always took care of all issues that we came across throughout the years. Other than the complex not being gated we enjoyed living in Maroa Parks.

Only reason we stay here is because its super quiet and havent had any problems aside from 1 car break in . The Roach problem is real tho. But it's conveniently located near stores and the 41hwy.
