These are the worst pictures I have ever gotten of my child. He takes great pictures all of the time. I am so disappointed especially since it is his first year of soccer. They would not let parents near the kids and they decided to have them tuck in their shirts. My 7 year old cannot tuck his own shirt without help or guidance. So he looks like he fell out of bed have tucked and not smiling. A waste of money because there are no make ups. Not that I ever need them before. I do not recommend them for kids photos.

First off I just got my sons school spring pictures, the background is so cheesy!! Then they send you the photos and say would you like to buy this package. Umm no I would not like to buy this package so now you have to take it all back and throw it away. Why are they wasting all that paper for a school of over 500 kids?? Just offer digital downloads or send the pictures to the parents digitally and they can then pick a package and order it. Or buy the digital and go print off what the sizes they want. Plus by buying the digital they have it forever in a way that cant get ruined. My son went to another school that used Larson Brothers they are such a better company to work with and have better backgrounds. Very disappointed with this company.

Got my sons school pictures and they are terrible yet again. Plus they gave me the wrong background color. I just cant with this company. Total waste of money and again they dont have a digital picture package. Hello, its 2023 get with it!! The company Bud Rank or century elementary uses is so much better.

If I could give zero stars I would. Let me start by saying, my childs school used them and it is not the first time I have had an issue.
First off, they are UNPROFESSIONAL! So, my childs professional photographer did not adjust his collar or his shirt. Even if they are not allowed to touch the kids, they need to make sure the collars and shirts are fixed for a professional portrait.
Secondly, the face my child is making is VERY SURPRISED. They did not bother to take at least TWO samples, just one photo. Obviously, the photographer did not have the child relax or try to take a natural photo. Literally high raised eyebrows and big eyes, all expressing the very surprising expression.
When I called to express my concerns, Sandra, the lady who took my call. Had pulled up my childs photo while we were on the phone. When I asked her, if she could see the photo and why I was highly unsatisfied, she tried to hide her laugh. They offered to issue a refund to me, once the school receives the photos back.
This upsets me, since this is the photo that is going to stick with my childs record and year book for the year. Its utterly ridiculous that they would even allowed this photo to be printed and sent out. With them knowing I paid in advanced!
