I had really bad experience with Lexus service, they asked me to sign a blank service agreement, never print me a copy, and try to send it to the wrong email, charge me over $700 for oil change.
When I picked up my car after the repair, I noticed that the window of the door on the driver side had a small crack/dent that was not there when I dropped off the car. The place was under construction at that time, and I strongly suspect that the dent was caused by a hard object hitting on my driver-side window.
And I wrote to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your dealership, but they never response back.
I won't recommend this dealer.

Bought a new rx 350 luxury from Lexus of Fremont. Worked with Wasay. Everything was straightforward and smooth. Did some negotiation via email and when I got to the store Wasay worked with us on lowering the cost a bit more and we had a deal! I also want to call out that the financing session with Dan is actually a lot more interesting than I expected; he's a funny guy and knows a lot about everything having worked there for more than 15 years!

Oil change service takes extremely too long, from now on I'll give my money to jiffy lube . Arrived 9:20 am ,it's a quarter to 1pm...Never again
