I was a TWFG Insurance member for about 5 years. They used to have really good service initially and was part of the reason I signed up through them. but over the years I could see this go down year over year.
Every renewals was a painful process where I had to email and call them multiple times just to get them to made changes and amendments to the policy. After many weeks of calls and no callback from them, I have decided to finally move on and ended up saving several hundred dollars in the process.
I am giving 2 starts for the past service I received. If I had to score them for the current service, I would probably give no stars.

I have been with this agency for years and have never had much need to contact them...just paid my bill year after year.  I recently bought a new car and needed to change my policy.  Communication with "my" agent was cumbersome as she was never available to talk over the phone.  This resulted in a two-week email thread full of mistakes.  Finally the owner, Cynthia Bartlett called me.  WHAT AN EXPERIENCE.  Absolutely THE most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.  Accusatory, threatening (we aren't covering the new car that you've had for two weeks), rude and arrogant (I'm the owner, what are you going to do).  What did I do?  I immediately called another agency and changed that very day...also called TWFG offices and filed a complaint.  Agents may be okay, owner Cynthia is unprofessional.

Some of the best customer service that I have ever received from an insurance company. They are responsive, fair priced, and always seem to be looking out for the customers best interest. I highly recommend this company.
