I received a really well written, professional letter in the mail offering tax service. It reads, "Dear New Homeowner, Welcome to 2014!...... Welcome to our community. I look forward to meeting you."  I call and get a confused receptionist that didn't even have to put me on hold to tell me my business wasn't wanted. She asked if I was referred. I told her I received this solicitation in the mail. She quickly replied with "we don't take new clients." WELL THEN WHY SEND A LETTER THAT IMPLIES YOU DO?! Thankfully they're doing well enough to waste their money on postage soliciting clients they don't need!
