      image I'm very disappointed with Orange Theory customer service at Fremont location. I've been going there from the past 2 months and for the first time, I was 5 mins late for a class. Neither did they let me attend it nor they gave the class back. The policies are too strict and you have to buy the heart rate monitor separately to get the same effect which is useless once you stop coming. Though I like the classes and enjoy working out here, the classes are expensive and they need to relax the policies.
