I tried to report water leaking since last week and it has been 5 days. Issue was not fixed. It is not from my property but from the street. I called the customer service and waited on the line for 30 mins just want to be a good citizen.
Well, I think we may have enough water so no one really care.

Very Bad customer service. No one pick up phone. Called 100+ times in a month.

Passive aggressive customer service. Wont help determine cause for excessive water usage shown on bill.. when no one is ever home to use it!!! Zero stars.

EXTREMELY rude customer service. I don't know if writing a review at Google will ever force this company to fix their customer service. I'm not even sure if there are other companies for water service at this district, so that they're at least forced to care about their reviews.
I had to stop the service and their ill-designed website does not allow doing this! So, I had to call their customer service and the agent was completely rude!
