      image I use Dinatouch's POS system at work. Their customer service is sub-par and their user interface is not easy to use. The layout of their POS system lacks organization, making it difficult to train employees.

      image Horrible POS system. The absolute worst. Ordering machines would not fire the orders, when called the hotline for tech support, no one answers. When they do answer, they only have people that speak Chinese that can help. If you can’t speak Chinese then your out of luck. Extremely rude, never get anything done. Have had them for 2 years. Thank god I switched to square. If you want your restaurant to have problems 24/7 with all aspects of ordering and completing sales, they’re the one.
