I have had the worst possible experience with California Coast. The people that work there are definitely not experienced in the slightest and I always seem to have trust issues with them, especially when it came to their $0 annual fee credit card. There was a $20 monthly fee that they never informed anyone about. Absolute garbage of a bank. Find a bank that treats their customers well and don't rely on these clueless roaches to manage your money.

Rita Sayij specifically is terrible. Likely the whole org but that is who we worked with. She did not tell us about charges up front and when we asked her customer service disolved in an instant and she blamed us. Rita needs to learn how to work with people as that is her job!! Anyways, avoid her like the plague, buying a home is stressful enough you dont need the added burden of the experts incompetence.

Vik Randhawa is an excellent broker. His team helped close the loan in under 30 days when most banks were taking over 2 months. I would recommend working with Vik and Cal Coast. They know the market and the process well.

A good experience, Hamid was an overall professional in helping my family with looking for a new home. Definitely recommend this place, especially if you are South Asian and/or first time home buyer. He will make you feel like home!
