Sold me a PS4 controller that don't charge. Pretty pissed since I had to pay extra for a HDMI that's supposed to come with the PS4 also.

Great customer service and amazing selection of stuff! I love how the employees negotiate on the prices and always give you the best deal possible. They have a great selection on jewelry and on new and used self-defense items. If you need tools, fishing equipment, coins, electronics, games, guitars, or something different, they have it!

The clerks are usually friendly enough but there's been a few times you want to tell them to take the Customer Service 101 course again. Understandably, they have guidelines to go by but no need to be short and abrupt in nature.
The merchandise they have to offer is all top notch especially the jewelry selection. The store is well maintained and clean. There's both a parking lot and street side parking. There is wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. No restrooms of course. The only other issue is that they sometimes close maybe 10 min early which is irritating, to say the least, if you hurried to try to beat closing time. Convenient to Freeport especially since only one in Freeport.

First time I've ever dealt with these people. What a waste of time and they like to rip you off my suggestion to everyone is going elsewhere do not go over here!!
