I hired Tarlson & Associates to incorporate a business on my behalf and to do my small business and personal taxes. I will say that the experience end-to-end left a lot to be desired. Nick, one of the owners, was very unresponsive, short in his responses, and overall knew very little about my business, to the point that he asked "So remind me what your business does again" on a call where I was being charged by the minute. Overall, there are much better accountants out there...find one.
Update: I fired Tarlson & Associates shortly after writing my review, but later was hit with a penalty by the IRS because of their poor work. I had to pay a new accountant to correct the problem. Tarlson & Associates agreed to pay me for the work after admitting their error (only when called on it).

Nick helped me with community property distribution while I was going through a divorce. His expertise was praised by the Judge as well. He’s got an eye for numbers and catches discrepancies right away. Highly recommend Nick Tarlson.
