Deceptive Practices & Lousy Customer Service Are the Norm
I can't rate this location any lower than a 1*, because it's not an option, but I would if I could. I will NEVER use this store again for any T-Mobile needs. I went to purchase a new Iphone 15 and store didn't have the model I wanted in stock, so I had to wait a week. The following week, although they had the phone in stock, this new phone has a completely different charging system and required a whole new set-up with additional equipment (adapters) which they didn't have at all - I was directed to another store (Best Buy or Apple Store) to complete my purchase. I was offered a "free" Apple watch, but I had to pay taxes - so not really free, so I declined it. Additionally, it's apparent that the goal of the floor salespeople is ONLY on their commissions - because while I was having my phone transferring the sales person walked away to help another customer, rather than staying with me to ensure that I had everything I needed in one shot - I ended up making 2-3 separate purchases because she wasn't paying attention. I had a change of mind and went back to get the watch; however what was NEVER explained is that the "free" watch is only with a new phone line (which I didn't need). When I got to the store I had to wait almost 15 minutes before an employee recognized that there were people waiting & then there was no effort to get assistance on the floor (there were 2 visible employees working up front) and at least 3 in the back doing I don't know what - but there were at least 5 customers waiting for help. When I finally got assisted, there were no conversations about who the watch was for, there was going to be a delay because they didn't have the watch I wanted in stock, and there was never any mention that the "free" watch was a promotion with the addition of a new line. When I got home and realized the deception, T-Mobile was called and the entire order was canceled and yet T-mobile still mailed me the canceled item. As mentioned, I will never used this store again - ever. Save yourself the aggravation, take the extra 10 minutes to find another store; your sanity will thank you.
