image These guys are the worst they sure pay for a lot of five star ratings they probably see hundreds of people a month so they only let the people who have a good situation happen give them stars. Spent over $5,000 to fix air conditioning had to go to another shop where they actually fixed it. Well they were trying to fix my air conditioning they cut my main wiring harness and did not replace it Just simply spliced it. These guys are amateurs pretending to be professionals stay away. The advertise a lot cuz they need more people to keep coming in to replace the people that don't come back.

Aaron, first of all, we have never paid for a 5 star review, or any reviews for that matter. That is illegal. We also have no control who leaves us reviews and we can't delete them, so that's wrong also. Your review is full of mistruths about the work done and what we charged 3 years ago. Surprising that you are just now leaving us a review. We are happy you found another place to work on your vehicles and wish you the best.

image We brought our van in to auto repair specialist because multiple friends told us they would be able to assist us with our transmission issue.
We told them prior to bringing it in what we were quoted at the previous shop and they said to bring it in and they will take a look at it. The same day it was brought to them I got a phone call from Noah one of the techs told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with our transmission and that we just needed a new battery and an oil change, great news!
So they did that and we received our van back.
Exactly a week later I was driving out of town and my car stopped driving in the middle of an intersection!!!!! I was broken down stuck with all three of my kids and immediately had it towed back to them.
They called me the following Monday after and said the transmission is totally donethat it will be almost 5k (for a used one mind you..)
I was so frustrated and disturbed that this was missed the first time and seemed like pure negligence to me.
There was no apology from them, just excuses from Dave on how it didnt show the codes the first time.
Unfortunately we will not be recommending them, nor using their service again.

Gaylin, we understand your frustration. When you told us the transmission went out a week later, that was not what we wanted to hear either. When your vehicle was originally towed in to us, you said it was having transmission problems and that the previous shop said you needed a transmission. Your vehicle had sat for a long time and it needed a battery so we put that in first. We checked it for transmission problems and Chrysler vehicles can sometimes set false codes when they need a battery. There were no codes after we put the battery in and we drove it numerous times with no issues. Our testing at that time did not show any signs of a bad transmission. We did not want to recommend a transmission on what we saw knowing that is a major repair. Unfortunately, there must have been something in your transmission that didn't show up till it was driven more than the miles we put on testing it. The cost of a used transmission is pricey, we don't buy a junk one to put in, we buy one that has a warranty with it so you are not in the same situation down the road. Had we found a problem we would have recommended replacing the transmission and the cost would have been the same. Again, we know this was disappointing for you and we apologize that it seemed we didn't care. That wasn't the case at all. Vehicle breakdowns are awful and never happen at a convenient time. We know this doesn't change the situation, but hopefully it explains what happened on our end. We will be calling you to discuss this, and again, we are sorry for this situation and how it was handled.
