i was charged $90.00 for a terrible full set. i showed the several mistakes and was told they can fix "next time". I was so upset I walked out without the pedicure. now I know why they always have open appointments. i will post a picture. the woman said it was because I have crooked fingers. i explained that I do not and I've gotten this done several times before perfectly. she shrugged it off and sent me on my way. I will never get that money back

I just posted a picture of the full set I got for $90.00. Uneven nails, some short and some long and not what I asked for. During the appointment I asked for changes, and stated that they were uneven. I wasnt listened to. Once they were done I was clearly upset and showed who I assume was the owner. She proceeded to tell me it was because my fingers are crooked. They would not fix and said next time they will fix them. I told them I was going on vacation tomorrow but they still charged me $90.00. I am very upset but I couldnt walk out of there without paying even though it was a bad job and service. Never again. Had they dealt with it professionally fixed it or didnt charge me full price I would never leave a review like this as I understand it is a business
