Philip Frey has been our realtor for years, handling one property purchase and two sales for us. We're extremely happy with how all three deals turned out. Philip is great to work with - personable, responsive, gives good, sound, practical advice, and always has valuable and interesting insights to share in each situation concerning pricing and dealing with potential buyers/sellers. He was also very patient with us during the 2+ year search for just the right property to purchase, which we really appreciated. We hope he never retires!
