My sales representative was Michael Fenwick. He was professional, friendly, and thorough in his assessment of what was needed to address our roofing concerns and even went as far as to assess the attic space to see what issues may be occurring that aren’t readily seen or spotted. He was very detailed in his explanation of what we needed and he thoroughly explained what distinguishes Renew’s roofing system from others. I was particularly impressed with the 50 year guarantee, the top grade materials and the quality of application. The workers were quick, neat, and they cleaned up all debris. We are impressed with our new roof and gutter system and would highly recommend the company. Ask for Michael; he works hard to please and satisfy concerns. And your roof will be stellar and you’ll feel confident you made a wise and sound choice!

This company promised a 50 year transferable warranty on my roof. I finished paying them on Dec. 6, 2019 and have contacted them numerous times about my warranty, but to date I have received nothing.! The only reason I went with this company was to get the transferable warranty. I could have gotten the roof done for thousands less but with the transferable roof warranty it should help my house to sell for more money. Service: Roof installation

Rick DeMoss, the salesman, was easy to work with, pleasant, knowledgeable, well spoken. We were kept informed throughout. The roof is wonderful; the price reasonable.

Met with rick demoss and went over some options and went with the 50 year roof. Scheduled a week later and the guys had my roof done in 1 day! Roof looks amazing and couldn't of asked for a better project manager. Glad I went with renew.
