I bought my 2nd bike in 18 months from Phil at JT motorsports and he was great as always, gave me a sick deal and didn't screw me around, after getting the bike home I tore it apart to grease it up and the linkage pivot bolt was frozen in the dog bone,There service department sent a driver 1.5 hrs to my house out of state to get the bike and they found that the dog bone had a manufacturing defect,they replaced it and were absolutely top notch with customer service as I was hot about the problem, they all called me sir and even the kid that picked the bike up was super professional, I you buy a bike anywhere else in the tri state area your crazy!!!!!Hands down best dealership I've ever used and I've bought over 2 dozen new mx bikes!!!!!!

Wish I could give more Stars!! I sent out a Hail Mary text through the website late Thursday night hoping to find a place to fix my tire prior to a surprise trip I had for my kids. Within minutes I received a response and was told to bring it in. When I got there I was greeted with the upmost importance and had my tire changed before I was even done shopping the store. Even my dog was treated like a rockstar with pup treats! Thank yall so much JT MOTORSPORTS for saving our Easter Camping trip!

this review only applies to the selection process with customer service and the purchase of the helmet
Had d a terrific experience here this past week while trying to find a helmet. Young man there, Matt, was very knowledgeable. Very patient and really helped me out. Hope this review really only reflects this specific experience. The product that I purchased was an Aria contour x helmet. He did a fantastic job fitting the helmet and making sure I understood how to take it apart. Put it back together.

I bought a 2020 KLX 140 there great people and great service highly recommend the first second we were there a man greeted us to ask us what we were looking for and found us the bike we where looking for!!!! Come to JT motorsports
