Nice clean gym where equipment is maintained, classes are good, and there is never a crowd. Being able to go anytime is convenient on holidays and other times that other gyms are closed.

I think Ashley was a great coach. She showed alternatives to the exercises. Was encouraging. It was my first HIIT class in a few years, so it was very difficult.

This place is amazing! Ill start with the staff; from the front desk to the trainers to the owner, they are helpful and courteous and genuinely want to help the members meet their fitness goals. The equipment is up to date and well-space for use. There is open space for using dumbbells, kettlebells, foam rollers and various other items. There are several racks for free weights and various benches for different lifts. There are platforms for deadlifts and just about anything needed for individual training. And then there is an active, friendly bunch of people in all of the group training sessions. Its a wonderful gym in a convenient location with plenty of well-lit and well-maintained parking. There are security cameras trained on the doors and cubbies, Ive always felt like my belonging are safe. There are two full bathrooms with showers and one with a toilet, sink and changing space. Drinking water is provided. Excellent gym!
