Looking at all the reviews I wasn't sure what I would find before I drove the hour to get there but I went for it because I needed to make my own decision. As soon as I walked in the door I knew it was going to be a good day. The girl working there practically met me at the door and was super helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I've been wearing an Atwood hat for years and already knew the fit was going to be good and the quality was going to be exceptional. I'm a full-time cattle ranch manager and it takes a good hat to endure what we do on the ranch. No drugstore cowboy here hanging it up before it gets sweaty. Can't say enough about them and the owner, Brooks. Good people, good custom made hats, and great inventory. Ended up buying two hats one belt and products made of iron. There's other good hat fitters out there but I'll match this one up to them anytime.

I generally don't like to leave poor feedback because sometimes people just have an off day. I have been wearing cowboy hats for 60 years and Atwood makes the best palmleaf hat by far. But, don't waste your time and money at this location. Dawdling service and surly attitude prevail. Had one size seven palm leaf in the whole store. Had to search for it myself because Ms.Surly had to get on the phone and order a pizza. The total for the hat came to $64.90. As I was leaving I thought that was a little much and reexamined the price. The hat was tagged $49.95 and when I inquired as to the difference, Ms. Surly says I'm sorry but the real price is 57.95. They sell seconds there, but I'm not sure if my hat was a number one or a number two. The whole experience was a big pile of number 2.
