My wife went there this evening and had the worst experience ever. They gave her a pathetic service and a below average nails at the end. This was her first time getting the nails done and they were mocking her by laughing and talking in their Asian language.
They were so unprofessional and rude to her that the first person even left the chair in a fit with horrible way when she asked him to give her some options. She told them to change the color because she didn't like it, and this made them so angry..... They also didn't have any ideas for the nails design. Zero customer handling skills.
Maybe other people had good experiences there but ours was horrible. We wouldn't recommend or go to this place ever again.

I got a full set of acrylics done with Lucy and let me tell you- SHE IS AMAZING!! I used to live in Pennsylvania and I just moved to Tennessee in February. Even back home, I was never able to find anyone to do my nails as perfect as she did. I am also licensed myself and specialized in acrylic nails - so Im super picky. She was very friendly and easy to talk to and have a conversation with. I am so glad I was recommended to see her! Service: Acrylic nails
