Jerry is a fantastic Service Representative who always works to help me get the service I need and identify the service I don't need. He's kind, professional and always follows up to make sure I was satisfied. The Service Crew at Darrell Waltrip Honda is always prompt and I never have to worry that they aren't taking great care of my truck.

I had an appointment for Tuesday at 7:30 originally and went to Darrell Waltrip. While I was driving, I received another e-mail that said my appointment was on Wednesday at 7:30. I was a little distressed that I had driven out there and it had been changed to the next day. Brandon, who I have worked with numerous times, came out and greeted me. I told him what was going on and he said, no worries, that they would get me taken care of. I knew that I was going to have to wait awhile since work was being done on my brakes, so I went and waited in the waiting room. Brandon came in after about 20 minutes or so and told me what was going on with my car and I decided what I wanted to get done. As usual, he was very curtious and helpful and said that it could be a couple of hours, which was fine. He checked on my several times to make sure I was good and told me they were working on it. I got my car a couple hours later and the work had been done, my car had been washed and I was ready to go with no hassle or problems. Brandon walked me to my car and got the tags and stuff out and wished me a good day. It was a completely pleasant experience!! That is what has kept me coming back to Darrell Waltrip Honda for the past 15 years.

Sam did a great job walking me through what the mechanics were working on. He was very clear and precise. He didn't try to make me buy something I didn't want to either.
